Beautiful lobby and great location
The room was small, but expensive it had nice features in the bathroom and the kitchenette, but it smelled stuffy as if someone had smoked in it

All the ways that made me feel more comfortable and safe: Like your easy to use laundry, including the soap!!!!! in room handy kitchen and accessories to enjoy my take out, morning coffee, etc, comfortable bed and room set up (like table with chairs, sofa. When I needed to get a better working hair dryer, I had no issue from the desk. Your comfortable, welcoming library room, large, main open area, the community kitchen.....

Its in a great location, well kept property quiet even in the middle of the city. the staff was helpful and efficient

Location was great, staff are awesome. Nice to have a pool and hot tub. The place was unique. Nice and quiet.
Murphy bed is weird. Room was small but big enough to have a regular bed and some comfy chairs instead of a couch.
Also, making people pay for wifi is very outdated. That should come standard with room fee.
