I love the location, I did a Birthday stay-cation in my City and I just love downtown Chicago. The Hotel has a lot of restaurants and bars close by
The only thing I didn’t like was mobile orders can’t come to your room door to drop off food

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed
Rooms a little outdated and bathroom was dark and a little rundown. There’s no reception desk. You check in at the bar. Not one employee was friendly at check-in, check-out, or as we came and went. It was so strange! It felt like a budget hotel with the lack of staffing and care. No one seemed to care who came and went and while that may be a personality thing (shared by all staff), it’s also a safety concern. There is no doorman, and there were several times we walked in or out without ever even seeing a person. You need a key to access the elevator, but that is easily worked around.
Coffee pods and tea were never replenished once we used them the first day, so we had to go buy our own.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, comfy setup, and the living area was neat.
I liked the big mirror, and the small kitchen area
View, but yah its chicago

Staff was very pleasant and the property overall looked modern.
The pillows were the worst, just no support; the bed was decently comfortable. The accent chair in our room was tipped (broken) at an angle that made you feel like you were falling out of it and it squeaked something awful. The kind of thing that makes you realize they buy nice looking things and it's forgotten once installed in the room.
