Easily accessible location, nice rooms, and the virtual concierge worked perfectly, very easy to check in.
No maid service entire stay. Due to being a beach town, sand gets tracked in. My garbage was also over flowing.

The location is great. Quiet area but also close enough to walk to town. Also very close to Boy Beach and the Provincetown Inn pool area which made walking there easy. Bed was also very comfortable.
Wish the outside fire pit was working. Would be a very nice place to sit in the evening.
A few things were broken like the towel bar and the one bathroom light. Socket for the coffee maker and microwave didn’t work. Maintenance came to look at it and brought extension cords to use other electrical sockets, but nothing was fixed while we were there. Said they would do that after we left. Digital concierge works but sometimes it’s better to have a person on site. Sometimes they got back to you right away other times didn’t get a response back to my messages. Most times it was a text about details like the door code and to my questions. But then didn’t realize the checkout was an email. So only knew that later that day after we left, that was how to check out. Not via text. But it worked out in the end.

The Location was very nice. I could see Herring Cove Beach from the location. The walk into town wasn’t bad. About a 10 to 15 min walk into the west end of town. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable!
The room lacked a dresser to put clothes in and only had 4 hangers in the closet.

No value for money . We expected better from the breakfast which was served after paying so much money . No shower wash in the bathroom . Rooms were really basic after paying so much . Rooms were quite small
