Overall our stay was fine, but our “room” was NOT what we expected at all!

It was a nice location away from the noise.

Where to start? It was very confusing trying to find out how to enter the parking lot, only to find my SUV wouldn’t fit in the garage. Next, it was advertised as “oceanfront”, but I personally do not consider crossing a street as “Oceanfront”! Granted, no other buildings were in front of it, I’m not a spring chicken! I was planning to go downstairs and walk straight out to the beach. We often had to wait on cars (or GOLF CARTS) to pass before we could cross, then had to walk up the street before coming to a “beach access” location. Also, there were 3 in my party and we were given 3 towels TOTAL for 4 days!! We literally had to go to Walmart to purchase towels and washcloths for our showers! Who can use the same towel for FOUR NIGHTS at the BEACH?? Not me, my husband nor our son! To top it off, we were told “NO ROOM SERVICE” because we rented through Palmetto Vacations! We were not told ahead of time that we would be staying in someone’s “home” and would not be provided things we have come to expect while on vacation. Maybe I’m expecting too much????? I truly do not think so, considering what we paid and how uncomfortable BOTH beds were! My son and husband actually had to sleep in the bed beginning night two because I couldn’t sleep in the bed, it was too thin and hurt my back! I actually slept on the “sofa” without making it into a bed, so I could have some support! There was not one staff member working at the location (at least not that we saw) other than a security guy who only works day shift. In addition to having to purchase towels and washcloths, we had to buy toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Just and FYI! Also, there were signs for “Ice Machines”, but NO ICE MACHINES were ever found! FYi: there is NO FRONT DESK!

Overall a good stay.

The room was spacious for a group of 5. The building was quiet. You couldn't hear your neighbors much. It had what we needed in the kitchenette. The view from the 18th floor was amazing. Security 24/7.

No front desk, no maid service. You communicated your issues via email like it's 1990. Laundry was on the 7th floor and cost $4 a load, as if you hadn't already spent a fortune on your trip. Parking garage was tight with limited spaces. Beds were old and uncomfortable.

room wasent clean when I got there waited to long to be able to go in room never received clean towels threw out my stay

The tv didn’t work, the stove didn’t work, the beds were hard.

Upscale Affordability

The room was very nice and clean The view was amazing No bugs No leaks Everything worked Water pressure great Great access to the beach Friendly staff Clean pool and hot tub This place is one of the nicest I've stayed at with this great of a deal Front desk was nice and polite Kitchen was equipped with all your needs

The fact that there is no early check in. I did get in by 3:30 but requested much earlier. And need to tell ppl where the sheets and stuff are for the fold out how was I to know sheet and pillow cases were in the TV stand as the pillows and a blanket were in the bedroom closet

Property was Dirty saw live Roach in Bedroom Living room furniture was Filthy 1 Roll of toilet paper provided Zero garbage bags had to purchase & remove yourself Pay & Wash your own Towels & bedding Women’s restroom by pool was so Disgusting smelled of Urine Just Gross This was to be special trip for grandkids was So Disappointed! Paid way to much for what I got! Let’s not forget Parking Garage just look at walls to see how many cars had wrecked Not enough turning space Would Rate this as 2 that’s because of beach! Would never recommend property to Anyone Ever Stayed 7/11/21 to 7/18/21 witch was week to Long! forgot power went out to many plugins on Extension cords being used took while to find & reset breaker

It was clean and a nice place to stay.

The location, the pools and the condo.

I did all of the driving there and back so comfort was my biggest expectation. I got there and had only 1 bed with a party of 4. I had to sleep on a hide a bed for a week when I specifically asked when booking if there are two beds and was told yes but there wasn't. I didn't care for the tight space parking. I was stressed every time I used the parking garage. It is too tight of a turn on the ramps. The pools close too early. Other than these three problems my stay was nice.

Parking deck is horrible, very difficult to navigate as the incline/decline ramps are very narrow.

HORRIBLE AND DID NOT ENJOY THAT PLACE.

NOTHING!!!!

My family and I didn't like anything about the stay. We was in unit 1008 and it was horrible. First off when we got there we wasn't able to check in because they said the room wasn't ready and that was at almost 4 and the lady wrote my number down and said that they would call when it was ready.. But they never did call . My family and i went back to the office and they said it was ready.. Got across town to the room went upstairs and guess what " THE CLEANING LADIES WAS STILL IN THERE" AND HAD THE NERVE TO ASK WHO GAVE US THE KEYS TO GET IN.. I'm like really now... Had to wait another 30minutes before they would even leave the room.. And after we was given access to the room IT WAS HALF CLEANED!!! TV's didn't work the bathroom was half cleaned kitchen floor still had dirt on it. Checked the beds and the sheets was dirty looking and the covers had all kinds of stains on them looked like somebody had puked on them or something. Called the housekeeping number and had to leave a message I ended up leaving 4 messages but nobody contacted me till the next day She told me that someone would be out there to correct ALL THE PROBLEMS" BUT GUESS WHAT?? NOBODY EVER SHOWED IP THE ENTIRE WEEKEND THAT WE WAS THERE.. I KEPT CALLING AND CALLING.. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY THERE OR ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS.. JUST PLAIN NASTY!!! OH AND LETS NOT FORGET THE CLEANING LADIES LOOKED LIKE THEY WAS ON THE BEACH OR HAD ALREADY BEEN TO THE BEACH...
