The Patel family is very kind and attentive to the customers. The room was clean and simple.
A little pricey for the size but it was Labor Day weekend and Santa Cruz and vicinity are expensive.
Our neighbors above us on first night were a bit unruly way late into the night (like from midnight to 1:30 am.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Location close to boardwalk.
Extremely run down. Our bedding was clean, but God forbid you look at the walls and baseboards of the room. Liquid stains everywhere. The floor in the bathroom was wobbly and loose. Paper thin walls. Parking was almost impossible due to tight spaces.
