46 and 48 year old couple from the UK: I booked this hotel as part of a trip we are doing down the west coast. Keeping our hotel costs to a minimum we booked to stay here for 1 night with no real expectations.
From our arrival to leaving we have been really impressed from start to finish. Highlights include

Probably the best hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff was welcoming and the room was clean and up to date. It’s a dog friendly hotel so that was a plus. The restaurant is also top notch. We’re definitely rebooking for next year. Very cool hotel.

Paradox is my go-to hotel in Santa Cruz! Great location, convenient to everything and a relaxed fun atmosphere with terrific staff.
