Os quartos estavam limpos. Os muffins, sumos e waffles do pequeno almoço estavam super bons.

Reservei um quarto para 5 pessoas, o que eu pensava que iam colocar 2 camas de casal mais 1 cama extra, não colocaram… fui falar com a receção e disseram que não tinham mais camas extras. O hotel não parecia estar cheio, ainda deram a opção de pagar mais 1 quarto. Se deu para reservar para 5 pessoas, 1 quarto de cama dupla, não devia ter sido colocada uma cama extra? Já que não dá (coisa que não me avisaram), não devia dar a hipótese de o cliente escolher essa opção. Mas pronto, 3 pessoas dormiram numa cama de casal, foi super desconfortável. O pequeno almoço não foi nada de especial. Estava à espera de mais qualidade e quantidade.

Amazing place, recommend this place.

Lisa at the front desk helped make out stay even better!! We loved the warm pool and it was large enough for multiple people. Beds were a little smaller than expected but very comfortable. Spacious rooms. Need more outlets by the nightstand.

AVOID!! Rooms in bad state and a hassle to deal with

We had to switch rooms because the toilet didn’t flush at the first one they gave us. I also asked for the receipt when checking out and the front desk employee refused saying that they would email it to me. I needed to send the receipt to my employer so I pushed back. After a short discussion the front desk employee gave me my receipt with a bad attitude. Now I’m trying to contact the property to find out when they’ll release the hold on my credit card (since they haven’t to this point) and no one answers the phone or emails.

The location was perfect. Easily accessible to my training venue.

Breakfast was not great as there was no variety. They served the same thing everyday.

Excellent service by the staff ~ bathroom could be cleaner.

Easily accessible. Super friendly staff, at the front desk especially.

There were ants and small insects in the bathroom. Also, the sink could have been cleaner.

Staff was friendly, cheerful and very helpful..

My room smelled like a musty locker room unfortunately. My parent's room did now smell, however. And, I had a beetle bug land on my cheek during the night. Yikes! Other than that, the property was nice, very good value, and convenient location.

It smells really old and like pee in the hallway for the side stairs. You cant use ur cash app card as form of payment. There is webs in the hallway and in the room. Also the shower curtains are ugly and dirty the only thing nice was the beds

a good and affordable place to stay in a great location in Houston

it is big, with a lot of parking space and several ways to enter the building.

That there were a couple of closed entryways. it’d be easier to be able to move through different ins and outs. all of the other entrances were closed but the main entry. also, one entrance to the parking lot had a barricade so we had to drive through the entire parking to get to
