Location.

Front desk person needed training. I was in the hotel business for yrs, you font hand the guest their key card and verbally say what room your in. Its a security issue. She was not knowledgeable about the area, and commented she hated technology. Odd. Young inexperienced. Probably wont go back.

The rooms have a lot of windows with plenty of light! Everything in the room with furnishings is extremely nice. It’s very clean with a great patio and view. Breakfasts are very generous and they have cookies bakery fresh that are available for free in the afternoon. Parking is great and it’s an easy walk across the bridge and to stores and restaurants. They also have some available with lake views and fireplaces which we plan on getting next time. The value is totally worth it! The staff is so helpful with all needs.
