Don’t waste your money.

Great location.

Our room had no windows. They did move us to a different room upon request. Very dirty. Peeling & chipped paint. Hot tub out of order.

not somewhere i would stay again.

i had extended my stay for one more night which would have put me thru the 5th. i had went out to meet my granddaughter on her birthday for a brunch and when i returned to my room at 10, the room was being cleaned and they had removed my luggage from the room. i was really upset when i asked the lady cleaning my room what was going on and she said the room was on the cleaning schedule and i would have to go to the front desk. they had moved my luggage down there also. the front desk had not put me in for another night until we informed that we had been there early friday morning to extend my stay one more night. nothing was offered to me for their major mistake. i had very valuable stuff in my luggage and the safe did not work in the room.

Due to the reasons listed we cancelled our room and stayed somewhere else

They called us to show up to check In 3 different times just to tell us our room wasn’t ready took 2 hours past check in time to get us in the room. Once arrived our ceiling was leaking carpet was soaked, toilet didnt flush drip ceiling in bathrooms was hanging and the room was generally dirty.

The location was perfect. Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The room was very outdated. Mold around the bathtub, scuff marks on the walls, and the couch had stains all over it. I wasn't too sure about going barefoot on the carpet. Overpriced

We had a fantastic time and we will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was in the Canal Park area and we could walk wherever we wanted to go. The hotel is pet friendly and we met so many other pet owners.

Our bathroom shower was really slippery, a grab bar would have been helpful.

Duluth on the boardwalk with our doggo! Who could want more!

Great location, affordable, great staff, breakfast, and they are super pet friendly!

Room was interior so hard for me without natural light.

Great location...rooms lacking

Love the location...lots of bar/restaurants close. Canal boardwalk just a couple blocks away.

The light in the bathroom was really dim and flickered the whole time. Also the pull out couch was falling apart. Sections.of the mattress had no support and was falling through the base.

The location was great. Breakfast was not bad.

The cost of the room, compared to the follow through was not there. We spent well over what the average room costs in Duluth and our room didn't have a single window.

Great location, staff was nice.

Unaware of the pool/hot tub being unavailable. Very disappointing. Some guy was working on the pool area and was extremely loud.

The size of the room, the location, ability to have pets, breakfast, the big white piano, the fresh paint and new floor in the lobby, friendly helpful staff

Pool still out of order (we stayed a year ago and it was out of order then), room was quite warm and even turning OFF the heat at the thermostat helped only somewhat.

Normally love The Suites, this stay was mediocre at best.

The breakfast was good Delivery of extra bedding was timely

Kitchen had very few dishes or glasses - two small glasses was it in the cupboards for drinking glasses No washcloths in the bathroom The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, could not sleep on it Guests arguing at length extremely loud in the hallway, slamming doors. NOT your fault, rather added to the strange experience this weekend.

Location is excellent. Room towels were good.

Everything is very old and outdated in the rooms. The bed was comfortable but very poor pillows and linens. For $250+/night would expect more.
