Serenity and peace- this place is not your typical Maui resort. Here you will find lush grounds, a historical building transformed into accommodations, a large lanai with seating outside your room where you can lounge and enjoy the grounds. Come to Lumeria if you want to truly disconnect.
The grounds need some trimming/ weeding, but overall the place is magic.

Beautiful and secluded, extremely zen.
We simultaneously loved the chickens that roamed around and disliked the roosters that woke you up at 3 AM. And for whatever the reason, people (guests and staff) are not very friendly. The lady who cooks the breakfasts is just a very unhappy person and none of us on the group could get her to break a smile. No one on the property makes eye contact, acknowledge or even smile. So strange. Very unlike most other places we’ve been
