The place shows its age, but it was clean and comfortable. Shower has separate controls for hot and cold water. This is the second time I've stayed there, and will likely stay there again next time I'm in the area. A bargain at the price.
The refrigerator needed defrosting. I would suggest that they turn the refrigerator off when the room is not occupied, to keep ice from accumulating on the coils.

The location was within 8 miles of my destination.
The room was dated but the main objection is the window’s curtain is to sheer. After turning off the light in the room, the parking lot could be seen through the curtain; thus the visibility from outside into the room is not comfortable. I would suggest installing a adjustable blind.
