I love the location as it's close to all of our destination spots when we come which is why I returned. However my first time there was a much better experience than this trip.
The desk was left unattended with no knowing when they would return as the be back in 5 minutes sign would be up for over 30 mins at a time. Walking in the entrance the lobby smelled really bad, I'm assuming there was some water damage or they had just cleaned the carpets as big fans were going and caution tape was up around the seating area of the front lobby. The smell of weed at the front desk was a constant, not a welcoming scent. The 4th floor where we stayed, the hallway smelled like spoiled milk and near the elevator it smelled like a gas leak. It was nerve wracking but every time i went to tell the front desk, no one was there. Our room smelled like mildew and it was evident it came from the AC every time it kicked on. I actually went horse after the first night there and it took 2 weeks for it to clear up. This experience was nothing like my first and I would love to see these things be corrected as the location is great!
