Staff, location, and ambience of the property. Our room was a little small--we got it on Booking.com and knew it was the last available for the holiday weekend. We would love to go back and stay in a larger room. The staff was amazing, made great dinner recommendations for our 25th wedding anniversary, we had a great spa experience--it was just lovely.

Bigger bed, larger room. We were on the 3rd floor in what was clearly the smallest room available.
