Very good

Nice rooms where you could cook if needed. Comfortable beds Nice folks running the place hot water great. Good water pressure in shower

Noise from the road makes it a bit hard to get to sleep Need a couple coffee every day for the coffee maker. I asked and they brought more

Good location but be aware ....

Close to hiking trails. Rooms are spacious. Kitchenette is nice. Fun on-site bar and restaurant

The carpeting in the room was dirty. It had large stains on it, Plus a seafood trailer was parked outside our door blocking our view and creating noise at night as the compressors would go on and off,

LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

Sheets were old and rough feel. There is no parking because there is a restaurant, so if leave there no place to park, you have to wait for someone to leave. Not a quiet place no view except you look at parking lot. Not kept up well at all. I would rate this a 1 very bad. There is no lobby. You go in this kitchen area not nice she has a printer there hands you your paper. Pizza is awful, service is real bad at the bar and restsurant.

The decorations are great. Room is super comfy. Excellent location. You can even see the lake in the parking lot. So nice 🙂

Beautiful cabin in the woods with a fun environment.

This is a jewel of a place located out in the beautiful woods. The cabin was very spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I almost wish that the weather was colder so I could have used the cozy fireplace in the room. We might have to go back for a visit this winter. They have an amazing bar and great outdoor activities. This is a great place to enjoy the outdoors without that isolated feeling.

The check in is a little chaotic because it is one and the same with the restaurant. So we had to wait for the people in front of us to get a table for dinner before we could check in to our room. I would recommend not arriving at dinner time.

i was uncomfortable to leave the key in the room and room unlocked because no one was in the office when we left. Since the guest is responsible for any damage or stuff inside, they should have a box in the office area to be able to drop the keys inside and make sure no one will be getting in the room before the cleaning crew.

Cute, sort of cozy but not worth the amount we paid

Cute and quaint cabin, the views were nice and the fireplace was cool. Kitchen was acceptable and the decor was cozy and the bed was comfy.

Well, for starters the heater unit didn’t function properly. We set it at 70 and it ran and ran and felt like it was close to 80 in the room before it shut off. So we turned it down to 67 and then it got much colder than 67 in the room and the heat wouldn’t kick back in until we turned it up to 75 The bathroom was cute but where the heat lamp should’ve been there was a low wattage light instead and cold air was pouring out of the opening. So the bathroom was always freezing no matter what. The hairdryer cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet so it was unusable. The gutter outside the door above the steps was falling down and leaking everywhere, so overnight it would freeze to ice on the steps and became extremely dangerous to walk on. Also the parking area was iced over and made walking on it dangerous as well.

Great restaurant and outdoor patio next door, lake and open area behind. Hosts are as wonderful as can be. Cabin is like home away from home. Will be back!

Great friendly staff nice Atmosphere at the restaurant in the bar great hanging out area. Rooms were newly remodeled and clean we're stocked with dishes pots and pans.

Not a direct place to check in that was a tad confusing but it was a the main restaurant. But it was quick and easy.

I am 72 years old and this the best room I ever stayed in.

Is was clean, quite and full of things needed for a great stay.

The only thing we didn't like was leaving. thought of staying another night or two.

Except for Wi-Fi

Bed was great and the room #8 was exceptionally clean. Being connected to the restaurant is a plus the need for WiFi was not. But that said great central place to enjoy Pinetop and the staff is great!

WiFi so if there for business make sure can connect.

Perfect for a getaway!

Location was near everything you wanted to do! Restaurant on property was great! I loved the pizza and wings!!

If I had to complain I’d say tv was small but that’s honestly nit picking lol. I loved it here

Beautiful country setting, wonderful staff.

The location is very convenient to restaurants and places to tour. Kelly, owner, and staff are all very courteous, efficient and friendly.

Through no fault of their own, I’m sure, we had difficulty with WiFi. But, we used our own. No problem.

Not fancy but it's clean, comfortable, and has fun atmosphere.

Loved the rustic feel. Good food in the restaurant. This would be a great place for a larger family group or party. There's a large camp ground next door, and comfy cabin rooms at the motel for us older folk.

It was a wonderful getaway ... comfortable, fun, and all of our needs were met.

The accommodations were comfortable, clean and well-stocked for a small unit. The absolute plus was the restaurant right next door. Great food, service, and entertainment. Kelly, I believe the owner, went above and beyond. They even provide buckets of ice from their kitchen.

I can’t think of anything. The unit was small but included everything that we needed. The layout was comfortable and accommodating. There was not a patio or deck, per se, but the front walkway had chairs and a table and met our needs just fine.

Beautiful place. Friendly service.

Didn't eat at the restaurant as the family stay us equipped with a full kitchen. Staff was super friendly when we showed up to check in.

A little too close to the highway so it can be a little noisy at night. Seemed to me they may be in the middle of some remodeling in the family stay.
