Location, bathroom (particularly the tall shower), cleanliness
$230+ per night is definitely overpriced for just getting a decent room.
Also, adding some wall hooks near the door would go a long way in making the space more useful. Theres hardly anywhere to hang coats, hats, scarves, sweathshirts....
I guess location is what matters and free parking too, so maybe thats where the price comes from. No food either. And $50 to call for help/assistance after hours is ridiculous. Key replacement $175!?!?! Gtfo here!!!

The room was very nice. The bathroom was huge. Everything seemed clean.
Not the hotels fault. The smoky conditions made for an uncomfortable stay in the town.

Room temperature, location, and beds were perfect. The towels, rags, hand towels and shower rug were all clean and looked brand new. When we discovered that the Fest Halle was next door we were both elated. The parking was free and exceeded my expectations. Lastly the toilet was made for an adult and the height of the toilet and length of the bowl made me very happy.
The fart fan was broken, the shower had a slow drain, and I told the clerk at check out about these maintenance issues.
