I love its proximity to I-90, and my room and bathroom were nicely updated. And I loved that you preserved the bathtub! Took full advantage of that.
At check-out, the desk clerk told me he couldn't supply a receipt because I had booked on Booking.com. I pushed back, saying I book on there often and am always able to receive a receipt when I check out. Then he produced it! Not sure what that was about.

Rooms were clean and updated. Beds and linen were very comfortable. AC was good.
Hotel is a little dated in the common areas; but not really a criticism.

Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
The building is rather flimsy. The floor creaks as you walk through the hall and in your room. People on the floor above sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling.
