Location and price are worth it.
Upkeep was not so good, broken windows and police tape is not a good look.

The friendliness at the front desk clerk her name is Hannah very accommodating. Beautiful view of Lake Powell in the mountains.
I think breakfast should be from 7 to 10

Breakfast was alright and the view from the breakfast room was wonderful.
Took over an hour to get extra pillows, could use more options at breakfast (not hard/stale peanut butter), bed wasn’t comfortable, and had no scenic view at the Scenic Inn. We got to face the parking lot.
