Nice hotel and stay. Only problem was that they bumped up the rates a lot for the Labor day weekend. Rooms are a little small, but everything else was ok.

The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. All of them! And the hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The room as well. I will always stay here when I’m at Lake Powell.
I will add that I don’t think I’ll stay at any other Sleep Inn hotels. I stayed at the one in Gallup the next night and all staff were rude and the hotel and my room smelled awful.

The location was great. The room was very spacious. The bathroom seemed clean. Breakfast was included. There were a lot of parking spots to park at.
The breakfast could've been better. The eggs didn't have any taste to them and the coffee was extremely light, it could have been stronger, it tasted like a tea. There was also a bedside table in only one of the sides of the bed.
