I enjoyed that check-in and check-out were easy, efficient processes that took less than a few minutes each time. The staff members were able to answer the questions I had about parking and check-out. I appreciated the fact that the bathroom had soap available to us and that the breakfast bar had waffles and other healthy options.
I think the room could have been cleaner. I was surprised by the presence of stains on both the blankets in my room. The bed I slept on had a blue paint stain on it, and the other bed had what appeared to be a streak of blood or coppery liquid that hadn't been properly bleached out. Further, there were several holes near the bottom of the shower curtain that looked like maybe an animal or insect had bitten through it. The halls smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals, and while this was reassuring, I also think the hotel could have used products with a more pleasant scent.

Breakfast was more substantial than most hotels but not special. Providing of fresh fruit was great. Good WiFi, great staff, value excellent
Tv hard to figure out. Lighting in room was minimal. Better placement of outlets with charging capacity including different ports near beds would be great

Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Comfy beds
Pillows too soft. Bare floors allows for noises to come right through the floor. What sounded like child feet running around room above us. Very disturbing. Bathroom could use a bit of Tilex to combat the bathtub mold.

The bed was very comfortable
There was a layer of dust on surfaces. The toilet seat was peeling and looked like it should have been replaced at least five years ago. The furniture was beat up.
