Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. They offered free breakfast in the lobby. They do charge for parking $9.50 a day. Grounds were clean safe and well cared for.
We were in town for the Miami vs Standford game and though we walked to the Stadium it was much further than we expected. Staff did warn us it was a long distance.

Low quality, breakfast room very small in front of reception, our digital lock did not work, parking should be free.
