The guy up front made sure we could get in pool while it was still opened and made sure me and my toddlers were well taken care of

The coffee is the one thing I can count on and the friendliness of the staff.
Shower pressure was low in room 304. Pillows are terrible.DIDNT SEE ANY HOUSEKEEPERS EVERYDAY.

It was quiet
Room smelled like mildew and industrial cleaner, ac unit was turned off making the room extremely uncomfortable. Shower was not as clean as I would have expected, the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. Black out curtains did not close completely.
