My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I don't normally sleep well in hotels, but this experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly & helpful.
I would have preferred a room closer to my family member I was traveling with.

We arrived later during a shift change and staff were friendly informal and patient. We were there for Orientation at SIUE. The breakfast was hot and good and the attendants made sure everything stayed stocked.

couldn't check in early and we asked for a crib . different members, different times, different days. got nowhere.
