Quality Inn and Suites was a delightful surprise on my recent trip. The rooms were cozy, the staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious. It felt like a true home away from home

ROACHES! Staff did nothing about it and still charged me. Stuff smeared on walls old dead bugs smashed on ceiling along with the worst of all live roaches when I turned the light on in the morning.

Cost. Bed was comfortable.
The bed's comforter was stained and my wife saw a large insect crawling on the floor in the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracking and there were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms.

I didn't like how I made a reservation prepaid I get there with my family and they can't find my reservation and I have yet to recieve a refund

This was the worst stay in a hotel I've ever experienced. My step-mom, my daughter and I got next to zero sleep due to parties (yes multiple) and fights in the hallway and outside the hotel. All night long. They were setting off car alarms. No staff did anything about it. The room didn't have soap or a shower curtain (and it needed one. There were no shower doors either)! Thw TV didnt work. We had to wait to leave in the morning due to the fighting outside. It was miserable.

quick and easy check in, clean room. we stayed in the King jacuzzi suite so very spacious. Very comfortable bed as well. can’t beat this place for the location and price!
It’s not that I didn’t like it…It’s just that the decor is a little dated.

It was a pretty dirty Hotel. It was obvious it did not get cleaned and regular basis and the garbages were overflowing.

Definitely dirty hair was everywhere. there was an old bottle of water underneath the Tv stand that looks like it was there for years. you can here every time someone talks or moves. There was a roach on the wall my last day there.

Location alot of shopping in the area
Staff unhelpful. Alot of hotel issues it's really run down and ppl hanging around outside and in hallways

The room 267 was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
I forgot my own pillow. The pillows were fine but normally I bring my own.
The elevator was not operable.
Being handicapped was tough.
The hallways were very nasty, years 9f stains built up, appears to never been washed.

I love the location and the private balcony’s
we went in and immediately the bed was broken and it was freezing the heater didn’t work so we went to the front desk to ask for help and they sent someone a day later during our stay to then put lamps in and pictures and after 3 hours of finally them being done redoing our whole room while we sat there and watched, they had an attitude about us being there…. never again will I attend this hotel and on top of all this the security deposit is more than $100 and I still haven’t gotten it back 👎👎👎

The location is great, the counter staff that checked me in and out were both really nice! I checked myself in for a few days to recover from surgery so the room did it's job for the affordable price. The nicest thing about the hotel is the front lobby because it's updated.
The housekeeping staff are very rude, not friendly at all and extremely lackadaisical in their jobs, there was cat food in the room indicative that the room wasn't cleaned properly because people feed the feral cats in the parking lot. I didn't like all of the traffic in & out of the building at all hours of the night, people walking up & down the hallways, people apparently live there, they smoke dope in the parking lot. The building door with key code was broken it didn't lock so anyone had access to the building. The bathroom sink & tub were broken and would back up. The hallways give you a Dahmer apartment vibe!

The price.
There was rotten food in the fridge, there was NO COMFORTER. The Kleenex was empty and I had to scrub the bathtub before I used it. Also, my key quit working while I was outside smoking.
