The check in staff was great. Also it was a great location with plenty of options around to eat and shop
We didn't have any hot water to take showers on the last day of our stay. And when called the front desk to try to get a resolution. The only thing suggested that she would get maintenance which never showed. And when we checked out she just dismissed us and said that it wasnt anything that she could do since we booked through a third party. Im very displeased with that. Because it ruined the rest of our day.

The room was very spacious.
One of the bed sheets were very wrinkly as if they were slept in but seemed to be clean. No freezer space in the fridge.
