Ok but scary (we kelp out of their company). Who ever that was we just ignored them for our safety.

Breakfast was ok but could of been better. Hot breakfast like scramble eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes.

Asked for blanket and pillow. Staff said " no". Someone was knocking on the outside window (of room) between 5a-6a making weird noises. I didn't answer and it finally stop (that was scary). I also heard this weird noise in the hallway too (scary).

Did not stay ! Got out quick after looking at room!

I didn’t stay ! I got there and the lobby smelled real bad ! I got room key and it would not work ! He gave me another key to different room and same results, finally got key to different room and the room smelled bad also! Went to turn heat on in room and control knob fell off in floor! At that point I went back to lobby and got out of there !! Told them to cancel ! Went to red roof in and it was great and clean!!

The place is nasty ! And smelled really bad! Did not stay after checking out room

Relaxing & Comfortable

Hotel Staff was exceptionally wonderful. I paid extra for an upgraded room through Booking.com & came to realize that it wasn’t a such thing when I arrived. Quality Inn made our stay more enjoyable & pleasant. Hotel staff Becky & Zack took care of the mix up & provided me with a better option. Thank you guys so much for everything. I will visit again.

The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned properly. I did NOT use.

After reading previous reviews we were pleasantly surprised st how Niçe it was. The staff was very nice.

Avoid, pay extra to stay somewhere else

Staff was friendly

Our bath tub had red and black mold, we could not shower. The mattress, covers all had stains. The room was damp and musty. We had no choice but to sleep there, because booking.com wouldn’t let me cancel it. Booking.com needs to have forgiveness when finding you booked a terrible room.

Dirty carpets and stairway no diet Pepsi staff seemed unhappy like they didn't want to talk to me booked a room for kings island for 4 days paid 250 when I paid 520 for 3 days at your hotel

Easy to find hotel near Cedar Point

I like how close it is to the Ohio Turnpike. Plus, it's close to Cedar Point, but not too close.

I don't have any dislikes. The room had everything we needed.

Cedar Point trip

The air conditioning was nice and cold. Shower was great. And the beds were comfortable.

Other than the bathroom faucet being loose, everything was great for what my family and I needed.

close and short distance so I could do a quick change out for my 3 girls to switch from hip-hop to cheerleading outfits

The staff was very helpful and explained everything to us where everything was but for the most part the indoor pool and workout room was the best of all

it was next to a busy road and I have a 5 year old but for the most part I loved everything about it all

great value for a nice stay without breaking the bank.

The hotel was perfect for needing a place to sleep and relax when I was tired. It isn’t anything fancy, but for the price you can’t beat the nice staff and coziness of the place.

breakfast was a bit scarce, but they still had options so it was better than nothing. the pool was very crowded with kids and not many adults but that is parents’ fault not the staff’s.

it was ok for what I needed to do for the weekend. breakfast wasn’t that good. not awful but not great

I liked the location and what it had to offer. small game room, gym, pool breakfast

my room was dirty. I had a spider nest on broken curtains. smell of mold or something from bathroom.

location of the hotel was pretty nice as we were coming from cedar point and it was about a 15 min drive from the park. the hotel itself was good enough to just sleep at for the night, nothing to complain about the room except the tv didn’t work so couldn’t turn anything on.
