I liked how kind the staff was, especially the assistant manager with the purple hair she was very kind and helpful. The bigger bald man was not very nice though.
I think the breakfast selection could have been better for example including eggs sausage and bacon but the waffles were delicious.

Convenient affordable location close to Cedar Point. Very outdated unfortunately. No bugs we looked hard. However the staff were very nice and welcoming.
Very outdated. The bathroom was dirty with mold around the toilet and sink. I was taller than the shower head (5’9) so it was interesting to wash my hair. Breakfast closed at 9:30 instead of 10.

Beds are always so comfy, and the rooms are always clean. Good location for what we’re in town for.
Hated that we couldn’t bring our furry felines, but Nothing that we didn’t like. Just the fact that we requested extra towels and wash cloths in our reservation, was confirmed, and we still never got them until we asked the 2nd time. I just don’t understand WHY you would give literally TWO towels, two wash cloths, for a 3 night stay? Doesn’t make sense. On top of that, our fridge in our room didn’t work. We contacted staff twice and advised of this and it wasn’t fixed until our last night there. We weren’t able to keep any cold food or drinks. Thankfully we had friends with us who were across the hall so we could keep our things. I will say, when I checked out today, the manager on duty did give me some money off of our stay. We may come back next year to stay. TBD
