The location was perfect for us, facilities were nice, well-kept, and the grounds were inviting when you first pulled in, good first impression, great staff, all in all a great place I would go again.
We made a HUGE mistake by booking initially through Booking.com, it was anything BUT Booking.yeh. Booking.com, despite what they advertise, is not less expensive than going directly to the hotel. They also have a very sneaky way of processing payments. Even though we wanted to pay when we arrived at the hotel, they charged my card literally right away and it took me two weeks to get a refund, but it was a battle, and you have to go through customer service AI bots before getting to a live agent, who you might be able to understand, or not. I'll NEVER use Booking.com again. I like to call the actual property, speak with someone live, understand the rooms, what options there are, to ensure we are getting what is advertised. DO NOT use Booking.com!!

Flowers on the grounds.
The shower dripped all night and the air conditioner made a noise all night, For the money we paid I would except better, I travel to Florida and have stayed in a lot better places for less.

The access to the WiFi absolutely sucked
I should be able to get to WiFi with out having to access with out having to join some rewards program
