The evening we checked in we found we could hear a loud tv in the room next door and when we spoke to the gentleman at the front desk about it because I needed to get to sleep for a very early job the next day and he allowed us to take a different room that was actually bigger at no extra charge.
The morning front dest lady was not very friendly

Quiet neighborhood, but still close to the main highway. Easy to find. Was not expensive.
Breakfast was minimal and wasn't much seating available. Temperature in the room was warm no matter how we adjusted the air conditioning. We had brought food for a family event and it froze in the refrigerator, ruining it. The towels were quite small, which is unusual - we have never seen that before. We did not see an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, a second floor room would not be an option. The hallway floors were dirty and needed to be vacuumed.
