Location close to highway restaurant just across the street, park behind. Worked out great.

Facilities were good. Clean. Little amenities were nice.
Price absolutely unacceptable but we needed a room. Seemed like price gouging. Graduation time charged way too much for the room that we got. But they were allowed to do that. Everybody did though every hotel.

I don't usually care for hotel breakfasts. I grabbed a yogurt, toast and coffee so that was fine.
Location was perfect for my situation.
Very quiet!
The sink next to the bathroom was broke. The drain plug would not release so the water would go down very slow. Luckily I had another sink in the front room that worked as should. The floors were dirty along the walls and the window sills and A/C units were dirty as well. The front desk people were not very friendly but did their job. Remotes didn't work.
