HORRIBLE

Nothing

The room was dirty and infested with bed bugs . The staff was terrible said we were lying about the bed bugs went up to check and came back and said nope no bugs. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE all over the walls in the bathroom walls . Then they wouldn’t even give us bags to bag up our stuff so we didn’t take the bugs home we had to run over to sheetz and ask them for some. Weren’t apologetic didn’t do anything to help us nor would they give us our money back ! ABSOLUTELY APPALLED with how we were treated !

A disgusting hotel- don’t stay here.

Fairly easily accessible from I81

Room smelled disgusting of cigarette smoke and mildew- my clothes were coated in the stench. Walls dirty and streaked with water stains.

The location is superb, easy to find.

Everything. The room stinks. The microwave in room 126 is not working, and the TV was not coming on either. The receptionist was rude to me during checkout. The communication was poor. I went for breakfast at 07:20 a.m. The proteins(eggs and sausages) were finished, and were not refilled. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to

There where no towels when we arrived and in the morning I was woken by a continuous barking dog.

Disappointing

I'v stayed here several times in the past, but the carpets throughout the hotel were noticeably dirtier than in the past and the walls in the bathroom showed signs of water damage.

The hotel needs need carpet throughout and a deep cleaning of the entire place.

Very good

Neo - front desk and all around staff - great, friendly, efficient and responsive tones. Good basic breakfast. Eggs and waffles are always appreciated. Need more fresh fruit.

No carpet in room, Outdated facility in general.

The staff did not greet us when we arrived. The next day I went to the front desk to ask a question. The girl at the desk was on her phone, I said excuse me, she shot me a look and said what? Both girls I encountered at the front desk were in jeans with holes, a hoody and a sweatshirt, eye briw and nose piercings. Not professional at all and if they weren't behind the counter you wouldn't have known they worked there.

Room had an odor that smelled like someone had been smoking in the room, although it was supposed to be non smoking.

Internet suggested the room had a whirlpool tub in the room, which it did not. The tubitself had a broken cloth rod and only one of the holes were plugged. This allows water from the shower to get in behind the tub. This may be where the smell was coming from. No elevator to 2nd floor. Tv and phone did not work. Eventually the desk clerk told me how to go about getting the tv to work but I had to work on it myself. 😏

My room was dirty I was offered to stay in another room which was also dirty management was very nasty and rude I had to clean my own room in addition I paid for a jet tub that I was not able to use

The check in went great. Lots of parking. Very quiet area.

The bathroom was nasty. There were pubic hairs on the floor, the entire rim of the sink was black mold.
