Bed was very comfortable. Seat at the desk was low and incredibly uncomfortable. I put a pillow from the bed on it, and it helped. I needed to get work done, and without the pillow, impossible.
The leaf-blowing machine running massively loudly for an hour or so in the parking lot. The person who checked me in was efficient but not particularly warm. It was very warm in the room the first day but too noisy to leave the door open. There are no phones in the rooms so when i did not understand how to turn the A/C on and had to take my 70-year-old knees back down the stairs again to ask, she said it was on the paper she gave me. I told her I had read the sheet, and the A/C was not working. She sighed and told me there was a switch. Ultimately, we got the A/C on, but she made me feel stupid with her demeanor rather than acknowledging that it might have been the way the instructions were written. Ultimately, "the customer is always right" but not there.

The property was clean, well maintained, and very easily accessible.
The water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE! For the price of the room, the shower should have been in better shape.
