You never know what you're going to get at a hotel. It's rare for a motel to exceed your expectations. There are usually unpleasant surprises of some type. Not in this case. We booked 6 nights, so it was important that we enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that everything worked, was clean and the beds were new and very comfortable. The entire room had been recently remodeled. We had a wonderful view of Rainier from outside our door (#212). Eatonville doesn't have a lot of options, so we were thrilled that this motel worked out so well. The young couple that is running the hotel were both very kind and friendly.
There wasn't an elevator to get our heavy suitcases up the stairs. It's not related to the hotel, but the city had a power outage for a few hours one night.

Location is good. Nice view of Mount Rainier.
Good restaurant nearby.
They no longer serve breakfast. They provided a complimentary breakfast when we stayed here in 2022.
Wish they still served the complimentary breakfast.

It was close to everything and family
Need new mattresses. They were so hard it was miserable. To have a good vacation you need a bed that you can melt in.
