Service was excellent check in went smooth and definitely felt welcome. Room was very clean and up to date. Checkout also went well because of the very hot weather I asked and granted leave pkg there to keep out of heat all day. This is a convent hotel to St Louis and definitely cost is great. Not luxury but a place to stay and be welcome and comfortable. Great service

They have done a great job with the refurb. Bright & Clean. The beds were super comfortable. We wanted to steal the pillows they were so nice. Good water pressure and great hot water. Nice and quiet also.
Only one regular coffee in the room. If I had known I would have asked for another at check-in.

The room was satisfactory and they have tried to keep it up well. It seemed clean and it was comfortable. I think the folks are trying to do their best with the facilities they have.
I wanted a motel east of St. Louis so I could go to the Arch early the next day. I did not realize that East St. Louis is such a depressed area. I literally drove for miles to find a place to eat - and it was through some 'rough' territory. The motel is 'tired' - but I generally felt safe when I was on their grounds.
