Gold Trail Motor Lodge

It was great, large grassy area to walk the dogs. The owners were super nice and friendly. I actually went to the wrong motel( Mother Lode),just following GPS. The owner checked me in and I just drove up the street to the correct place. The room was very clean, small for two Newfoundlands, but we managed quite well. Room had a microwave. refrigerator and coffee machine. Very quiet, I felt very safe as a single woman traveling alone; well the dogs might have also helped😊 The owners were very sweet as previously stated. Perfect place for a dog show weekend. I’d definitely stay here instead of driving back and forth for two hours one way

Nothing really, except the room logistics could have been better. But if you don’t have giant dogs, it’s perfect, reasonable price, lovely huge thick towels and affordable.

Very clean and comfortable - and very close to my friend’s home.

Mattress was a bit soft and uncomfortable.

Extraordinary people are making it a lot easier to stay in a respite.
