It was nice well secured.
Forgot my cane in the room when I checked out. Went back a few hours later to get it and was told it wasn't turned in, so it probably was there when the room was cleaned or the maid wiuld have brought it to the desk already. I insisted on talking to her in person. The desk sent her a message but didn't get a response right away. After an hour the cane all of a sudden was brought to the desk. I don't know why but the height was taken down to as short as it would go. If I hadn't insisted that it had to have been in my room, would it have gone to her home or what. Why did it take 4 hours for it to be turned in when my room was only a few doors from the front desk.

Check-in was impressively fast and smooth—Alysa at the front desk was efficient and made the process easy after a long drive. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and relax before heading out for the evening. One of the biggest advantages of this location is the abundance of food options nearby. There are plenty of places within a short distance, making it really convenient to grab a quick bite without having to travel far.
There were a couple of downsides, though. The room didn’t initially have a shower curtain, complimentary soaps, or washcloths which was inconvenient after arriving. Although I had brought my own toiletries the fact you had to go back down to the office to request those items could have interrupted what should have been a seamless stay.

Breakfast was a waste of time. I left and ate at a restaurant.
The couple next door in Room# 231 was arguing, yelling, slamming doors, belittling each other, for hours at a time. The gentleman staying in Room# 233 was awakened and standing at the door of Room# 231 knocking and telling them to stop the noise. We eventually went downstairs to the Front Desk and reported this incident. A employee returned with us to check on Room# 231, and another argument/fight was taking place on the same floor down the hall.
