We traveled with our adult kids. It was nice to have a room that had two bedrooms and two baths and a small kitchenette with a small living area. We were all able to fit comfortably and hang out together.
The property was full, which is fine. But, when full, it doesn't have the capacity to handle guests at breakfast. It was a zoo in the breakfast area. The staff couldn't fill the food containers to keep up with the demand. Plates, forks, bowl, knives were missing. Just not what one expects from a Hyatt.
In the one of the bathrooms, the shower didn't work the way it was supposed to: upon lifting the device that directs water from the bottom outlet to the shower above, only half the stream would go up. A huge waste of water below and a forceless shower stream above. Net result: it took twice the time it usually takes to shower.

Lovely suite with 2 bedrooms. Great location and prompt service at the reception.
Lack of kettle in the rooms.
Limitations on available breakfast options.
One uses disposable plastic utensils, defeating the drive for environmental sustainability objectives.
