Room was really nice. Large room, nice bathroom and great shower. Beds very comfortable. The location is great. Bristol is beautiful.
I felt the price was a bit high for a hotel that has no amenities. Got charged when I checked in for a deposit and a resort fee. Not sure why you have to pay a resort fee when there are no amenities. Small gym, no pool, etc. You have to park in a public lot down the block.

We were visiting the local college for accepted students day. The hotel is beautiful and right on the water. There are a dozen restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff was lovely- very helpful.

Nice large room, super clean, quiet and great location.
Front desk woman unfriendly and not very helpful.
Kitchenette was great but not a glass, plate, fork or pot in it.
Asked if we could get two wine glasses at the front desk and was told simply NO.
