Everything was perfect and the room was soooo big

Receptionist was nice, stayed there twice, two nights each time. Parking was inside, a bit tight but nice. Location is good, right in Korea Town not far from Universal and Hollywood. Our first room (our first stay) was newly renovated that was nice.
There's a restaurant right by the parking and it smells like fish as soon as you leave the car.

Spacious room with big walkin closet where we could store our bags.
Lift/ elevator.
Car park was a massive plus.
Fridge in the room and microwave in the corridor.
The location isn’t the greatest.
Room is noisy: we could hear everything from other rooms (even at night!!!)
Strong strange smell in the bedroom.
It wasn’t clean: both towels and bed sheets had stains and were really worn out, many long dark hair on floor/ bathroom and walls (we are both bald).
The reception and the area around looked like a skanky motel from a murder movie.
Curtains in the room were ripped and the armchairs were full of dodgy stains.
