This is a great property. The hotel has been stripped to the studs and rebuilt. The rooms are beautiful and even include a record player, while the front desk offers records.

The price was right, offering great value.
Better lighting in the room would be great, especially the recessed lights in the ceiling. There is also a bit of road noise that dies down after dark. Because my room is right next to the table, I heard noise from people sitting outside late at night. But these are minor issues. This is a great property.

The updated decor and amenities. The lobby had lots of cute things and snacks for sale. Location was easy to find. The water pressure and shower were amazing!
Had I known it was actually a motel, I would not have booked the room. The noise from the street and others in different rooms was so much louder compared to a hotel setting. We were on the 2nd floor and since there was no elevator, it made it difficult to carry everything up for the night.
