Nostalgic, retro hotel with small, dated but CLEAN rooms

GREAT location near everything in Fenwick, great pool, and super friendly and helpful staff. Everything seemed very clean and tidy.

The bed was hard and the room small but honestly, I'm not there to spend time in the room! Don't let this deter you.

Family Friendly Beach Inn

The staff at this family owned Inn is fantastic. Everyone was friendly and professional. The Lindsay at the front desk was wonderful. Housekeeping staff were meticulous. The property is older - but super clean and one block off the beach. The pool was a great plus for when we wanted to not be at the beach but our son still wanted to swim! Lots of activities all around - mini-golf, go karts, water park, shopping, ice cream, popcorn! And great seafood restaurants.

This is an older property - if you need the Westin book the Westin. If you want easy access to the beach without the crowds of Ocean City or Rehobath, then this is a wonderful place to be. Take a look at the photos - they are very accurate to what you will find in your room.

Best beach vacation- we will be back!

Location was perfect, one block from the beach, and it was quiet and very family oriented. We were able to walk a lot and be in Ocean City or Bethany in minutes. It was such a nice place- so clean and everyone was really nice.

Room was a little small for the 4 of us but not terrible. A little outdated but super clean.

Clean, room had a mid size refrigerator which was handy., also a microwave and coffee maker.nice location close to beach, restaurants, night life, kids activities. Pool area was decent, they allowed us to park before check in and had a changing area available until the room was ready. The desk staff was friendly and even called when the room was ready.

Very good

Location was great. Go carts, water slides, movie theater and the beach less than a five minute walk from the room.

Room was kinda small. Basically just in the room to shower and sleep.

Very convenient location since I had to attend a family wedding nearby. Relaxing by the pool was an added pleasure in between family functions/visitations.

Great location, excellent value, very clean but dated, but overall a really good choice for a stay!

The location and staff were exceptional. The room was very clean! It's something about going to a hotel and being able to smell the cleanliness of the bedding that I absolutely love. The price for the value of the room was GREAT! I really liked the fact that we were directly across the street from a small water park and mini-golf and not to mention how close we were to the beach! It is really central to everything...walking distance to food, the beach, and shopping. It's just a shame that we didn't get to experience it all...we left a day early because the weather was so bad. The street the runs along the hotel was like a river due to the rain.

The room itself was small and smelled "wet" but I think that had something to do with Hurricane Henry that blew through the entire time we were there. The room was small and pretty dated but other than that, just fine.

The location is in the center of everything! No driving to thr Beach or attractions necessary.

It is a hotel so some traffic noise is there if you have a baby but neighbors are respectful.

Nice little place

Great pool area. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room is basic, well kept and functional. Location was excellent. Fits the price for an august getaway in and around OC Maryland. Plenty to do within walking distance and 5 minute drives. Plenty of good food right there. Great for a getaway with the kids or for adults.

Beds weren't that comfortable. They we stiff and seemed a bit worn. The weren't terrible or anything, just not a fluffy cloud. Once again, for the price, it fit. Much cleaner and chill up this way than downtown OC.

Very basic, no WIFI, won't stay again.

It was available last minute for reservation.

WIFI didn't work. Left a day early, asked for a refund if possible, yes, the arrangements were "No refunds". Would've been nice in "Good Faith" to award a refund. Won't recommend or stay their again.
