Great location. The room itself was large & clean. Bathroom was full with amenities which was an added bonus.
Needed a little refurb with the decor.

The location was perfect!
When we got there the room smelled of heavy chemicals and we had to open windows. We never saw or met staff, if we needed something there was no one to go to. The ac is right in front of the bed, pretty sure it messed up my throat, and it was pretty hot to turn it off

The property was very easy to find and close to the town Square. It was quiet and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We were happy to have the air conditioner for temperature control/ air flow and white noise for sleeping.
Although everything appeared clean, the room felt musty and damp. The only closet was in the bathroom and there were no hangers. There’s nowhere to hang up our wet jackets from the rain. I would highly suggest hangers for the closet and coat hooks somewhere in the room. As well as another mirror in the room, not just in the bathroom. This is probably unavoidable, but, whoever was above us was stomping around quite a bit. It’s probably due to construction of the building, but I wanted to note it for light sleepers.

Location and bed
Room in dire need of a refresh. Bathroom cabinet w big paint chips and tub w both caulking falling off. Open closet with a poorly painted rack. No dresser. Floors in need of a good cleaning . Our toilet was running constantly upon our arrival. Very impersonal interactions w remote staff.
Management obviously avoids interacting w guests by pushing every interaction via internet.
