Super clean, well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never seen such attention to detail for the breakfast area! Jacuzzi and pool were spotless and very well maintained. Much nicer than many hotels that cost a lot more.
The bed. Honestly, it sank in the middle and killed my back. Avoid room 218 if you can as the bed is horrible.

Very good breakfast, especially when they have biscuits and gravy. The coffee was hot and strong, the way I like it.
There was an ethernet cable in the room, and I was thankful the wifi was good, because the ethernet cable would not stay plugged into my laptop-the tiny part that would lock it in place was broken/missing.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great.
The facility is old and really run down, we had a cockroach in the room and the bed was AWFUL. I had back problems for days after the stay. The staff were horrified by us seeing a cockroach and offered for use to switch rooms but moving 4 people for the final night night with all the luggage was just too much. So they did come in an spray. My husband finally found it and got rid of it the second day. The staff were really good but the facility is just too run down. I can't believe what I paid to stay there. Really frustrating but there was just no option for the Christmas busy time.
