Breakfast was the typical complimentary hotel breakfast. Good, but nothing special. Most of our visit was spent in the Lake Geneva area. The proximity of the hotel to both Williams Bay AND Lake Geneva is very good, allowing lodging to be acquired at a reasonable rate. The easy access to the interstate highway and gas stations was nice. It is getting increasingly harder to find hotels that have both a pool AND a hot tub. This one did have a hot tub, which I really enjoy in order to relax after a busy day.
I wish the pool would stay open until at least 11:00 or midnight for ADULTS. A lot of times one doesn't return to the hotel after a day of sightseeing until later in the day. To be able to take a swim before going to bed is nice, and in order to do that, the pool needs to be open later. I have stayed in several hotels where children could swim until 9:00 or even 10:00, and the pool was open for "ADULT SWIM" from 10:00 until midnight, which was very nice. I wish this hotel would have the same policy. I did not find the beds to be overly comfortable. I have stayed in hotels where there were "pillow top" mattresses, which I find EXTREMELY comfortable. The mattresses in this hotel were not as comfortable, so I ended up with a back ache both mornings. I didn't sleep well.

Small rooms, not enough space for 5 people in a two queen bed room with no sofa for the 5th one.
