Location, location, location. As a view of the information while organized. Clean and cozy room.
this was a last-minute booking during a busy weekend do the local lavender festival. so pricing was high. However, this was true other local hotels, and some B&Bs. However, I can't rated as a good value. There was someone in the office to greeut to us when we arrived, but otherwise most things were handled remotely by text with reminders about check in and check out.

It had a nice view in the morning.
The rooms were dated, small TV, no counter space in bathroom, and beach access was unavailable unless low tide, with a very steep ramp to walk down.
