Did not stay.

Did not stay when I arrived the room smelled and the pool was not usable. The balcony was very small only could fit one person. The elevator did not work properly and the bathroom was not clean.

Same as above.

If it wasn't for the staff I would have stayed in my car.

The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They were the only reason our stay was decent.

The room looked like it hadn't been kept up in years. The paint was peeling on the wall. I tripped on the rug as it was not flat on the floor. Only one elevator worked and that made it difficult as we were on the eighth floor and I use a cane to get around.

No extra towls

I did like the staff except the last night we were there we forgot to ask for extra towels before we left for the amusement park and we had 4 people in the room came back and had 1 towel we went to ask for some and we told they didn't have any so after being out in 90 + heat all day we had to use hand towels for 2 people and lusky 1 had hung up a towel from the day before and one had to use a wet towel from someone else not a good ending to a great weekend

No extra towels were left for us and didn't have any when we ask for some. We also had several rips in the blanket they covered with a sheet over the comforter. It was weird but fine we had a good laugh about it

The staff was awesome hopefully they clean it up the people that they let stay in there makes the hotel look trashy

The elevators stink the carpets stink it’s just crazy.. like I said once they stop letting just anyone in there the hotel will be great

An overall good place for the price

Hotel is cheap and close to theme park

Staff was very indifferent. We found bugs in the morning coffee, which was fine, can't always control bugs. But when we told the lady so she could clean it out she just shrugged and didn't seem to care.

The beds were small room wasn’t very clean hallway smelled like weed we were on the seventh floor with no ice machine one downstairs mirrors in room dirty on the door couldn’t see yourself in the mirror tub was stopped up in room 716 the rooms really needs to be renovated would be a nice hotel if it was kept up location is good

got back to the room and there were roaches crawling on every wall and the dresser , hairs on the beds, trash left in the trash can from previous guest! floors by the elevators covered in water just plan disgusting needs to be shut down
