It was okay stay, our room was not clean whatsoever and we were upgraded to a suite which was great. However, the only w

front desk was very accommodating

upon arrival, our assigned room was disgusting. There was hair in the sink, bed looked poorly made, and the bathtub was disgusting. not stocked with towels or wash clothes

Front desk employee was very short answering questions and didn’t give off a pleasant vibe also when I looked out my room window there was about 30 abandon cars rusting in the elements and also what looked like an abanded shed

Superb

Very friendly the lady at the front desk in the evening was great. Very pleasant we were heading toa family emergency she helped calm us down . We stayed there 2 weekend in a row she remembered us when we walked in. Very Friendly everyone!!!!!

Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the above issues

I thought the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great, right off I 95.

The cleanliness of the lobby and elevator could have been better. Room was clean but there were dead bugs on the window sill. Bed and pillows were not too comfortable

Unfortunately, I will not choose Comfort Inn again

Location right off route 95 was great. Breakfast was just fair. Eggs and sausage were cold. There was no type of warming tray. The front desk person did a good job of wiping tables and counters regularly.

The hotel is dated. Needs major remodeling. Entire place was dirty. Carpet in hallways were not vacuumed recently. Elevators were not clean, fingerprints all over. Old carpet, paint, etc.

A little noise from the floor above when someone walked. But that is usal in motels.

Comfort Inn in Fayetteville, NC is a good value in a good location.

We always enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn. It provides a good value and is very comfortable. A hot breakfast was included and the Cracker Barrel Restaurant and gift shop is right beside it. Getting off and back on the I-95 was easy. And location is back off the main road and quiet. The double blinds that closed easily and completely were great either using one for sun or both for making the room dark to sleep.

The bathroom vanity was small. The carpet was stained in a few places. There was a huge arm chair between one of the queen beds and the wall on one side, making getting out on that side hard. Boxes were piled up in the hallway opposite the elevator for upcoming renovations.

Cracker Barrel within walking distance

renovations had started prior to arrival. no mention of renovations on the Booking.com website or from the staff when we called to request (and were confirmed) a first floor room. advised of renovations at checkin and found that front desk had not documented the commitment to a first floor room despite our request. admitting front desk clerk “helped us out” by finding us a first floor room that was not being renovated but all was for naught as the scent of marijuana absolutely permeated the first floor. elected to leave after only one night, incurring a $100+ loss as a result.

I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent customer service. Its an older property but you can tell it is very well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

No complaints here.
