Amazing location

Amazing location, easy to access the room. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows.

Bathroom shower/tub could use improvement. Shower head was one of the worst I’ve used. Bedroom was great except the A/C blows directly on you as you sleep—so either I was hot or cold—maybe a person problem. :)

.Excellent location .Charming neighborhood .Well eqipped kitchen

.The bedroom window is so old that it was difficult to open and impossible to keep open ,For light sleepers: Squeaking floor boards in the living room disturb whoever sleeps on the sofa at night and the black-out curtains don't really prevent daylight from penetrating very early in the morning

Great location to visit Boston

The location is great and the neighbourhood as well. Very clean and quiet apartment.

There was only coffee available. It would help to have as well: salt, garbage bags, tea, and other basic things for guests that would like to cook.

Stay here - perfect!

Perfect location and so well equipped. Everything you would need. Staff were amazing, we had to change dates unexpectedly and they helped without issue.

The neighborhood and the building were great. I wish the host was more understanding.

I didn't like the fact that check-in and out times weren't a little bit flexible. The time windows don't really make sense (3 pm check-in and 10 am for a check-out). I wish the host was more understanding.

Really lovely, updated historic building on a fun, charming street central to downtown Boston.

Charming, historic location! Lots of food, drink and shopping options.

Kitchen supplies not adequate. Not enough paper towels. No dish towels. Incredibly nasty sponge to clean up with. No important basics like salt and pepper. The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly, forcing us to brush our teeth, etc. in the kitchen sink. Otherwise an incredible place.

Cozy stay in a lovely neighborhood of Boston

I loved the location so much I could move there! Beacon Hill is gorgeous and you really feel like a local when you’re staying here. An authentic Boston experience and a very short walk to the gorgeous Boston Common and Public Garden.

It was a pretty small apartment and there weren’t many supplies in the kitchen (such as basic spices and oil).

For the money this place costed us, I expected a functioning thermostat.

The location was great. Kitchen perfect for our needs. Elevator great for our elderly parents since we were on the 5th floor. Gentleman did come to clean very dirty air conditioner vents in bedroom only. Pictures were sent. Very quiet neighborhood.

Notified property contact that toilet handle was broken. Temperature control was unacceptable. We were inside about 18 out of a 24 hour day. We were traveling with elderly parents. Bedroom was too warm every night, morning and day until we left for a few hours. Air-conditioner had to be "reset" at fuse box about every 1 hour if we were to get any cool air in the bedroom. Thermostat didnt seem to work despite having both thermostats on the same setting. I'm sure the thermostat could be set for cooler in the bedroom and warmer in living room but we couldn't figure it out.Vents were very dirty. No instructions provided for thermostat regulation or what to do before leaving the property.

Great place but will not revisit unless the sound proof the rooms.

Clean, modern, trendy, safe, and comfortable.

The two bet room suite was on the first floor facing the Main Street. The Main Street is busy and super loud and the windows offer zero sound proofing. Bring your ear plugs or no sleep for you.

Exceptional

Great old Boston neighborhood. The location in the Beacon Hill neighborhood was ideal. There are several great restaurants and breakfast spots within a short walking distance on Charles Street.

Photos on Booking.com showed an in unit washer and dryer. There were none.

wONDERFUL

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Charles St. Tons of shops and restaurants. Small market on the street. Top of the street is both parks. Easy access to everything!

Very helpful staff person when I called and emailed!!

No bkfst provided. Loved the recommendation for Tatte! Hide-a-bed actually comfortable for one - not sure how it will fare over time. Neighborhood great, easy to access the places we wanted to visit.

Many places have a binder w/ info on how to adjust a/c, cost of laundry, resources in the area of Boston. I appreciated the field guide, just didn't feel it was complete enough for apt and greater Boston.

The location was exactly what I needed but the apartment’s decor is very tired and needs updating.

The location is the best. Charles Street has great restaurants and shops. Plentiful hot water in the shower.

The pictures are a little misleading. The sofa was very worn out and was not in nearly as good shape as the one in the pictures. It wasn’t comfortable to sit on at all and it was stained. There are no lamps anywhere in the apartment so you have to leave the bright overhead lights on or sit in the dark. Also, no cable TV. And the bathtub got very slick after showering. The bed was not very comfy.
