Great location. Comfortable beds. Better than average appliances, coffee maker, large fridge, tv etc. View of ocean, and an easy walk to non swimming beach.
Complex registration process in addition to just using the booking app. Air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Extremely clean (truly impressed - outside looks unassuming) and affordable lodging option, in all of Kauai.
The area is a bit barren. There are food options but it feels a bit “at the end of the road”. Some homeless folk are around. This is all completely manageable. You’ll be in the park most of the time.

Only downside was the roosters crowing but that’s part of the charm of Kauai.
