We had a wonderful holiday primarily because of the staff.

The location is good particularly because of the heavy traffic on the south and east sides of Kauai. Best of all was the staff who were exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. The lack of a pool or hot tub on the property was a disappointment but we knew that before arriving. Many, many thanks to the staff especially Shannon, Pappy and Nicole.

Beautiful Cheap Tiny Inn On the Quiet Side of Kauai

Less busy side of Kauai, great food options within walking distance, cheap room pricing for Kauai, rooms are spacious and nice, rooms use a code so no key card is needed and you can't get locked out, overlooks a beautiful back yard with the ocean just in sight, friendly and understanding staff, we were the only people in the hotel for like 3 days.

Microwave was broken. However, once we told them about the issue they replaced later that same day!

Quite Reasonable accommodation for about 400$ per day.

Great location, large room

The A/C was too small for the room and was very noisy. The accommodation was overpriced (but this is apparently quite common in Kauai)

The people who work there were really friendly and accommodating.

Peaceful st?ay at Waimea

Relatively big room, shared patio, can hear the sound of the ocean from our room, fairly clean. Good location if you are planning to go to Waimea canyon. Peaceful during our stay but could be because it wasn't heavily occupied.

AC was pretty old and finicky, location is dead at night with few eating options nearby and most of them were empty, no breakfast, motel vibes.

It’s a wonderful island peaceful nice people beautiful beaches and we really enjoyed we’re coming back for sure.

The property was clean management was excellent very Respectful and helpful.

Perfect for our needs

The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, it is in walking distance to several good restaurants and tourist shops.

Great spot, quiet town

Nice spot if you want to be on the southwest side of the island. Great starting place for Waimea Canyon and Koke’e Park and beaches. It is a rather sleepy town in the winter with only two places open for dinner within a ten minute drive. Room had everything I needed and was comfortable.

ask to stay towards the back of the property if you can. The front gets the noise from the street and front desk. Not great soundproofing so bring earplugs.

Wonderful and we will be back

The location is perfect for exploring the west and south side of the island. Oskar the hotel manager is amazing as well. Accommodating and so easy to talk to and be around!

The only complaint I have is you can’t walk to the beach. Otherwise it’s perfect and great value

Lovely stay right by the beach!

very comfortable large room with nice little kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Lovely patio that I enjoyed eating out on. Also very close to the beach

great location and friendly staff

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and had a small kitchen. Very conveniently located for hiking in Waimea Canyon State Park while also being nearby shops and restaurants.

Very nice owner that brought us clean towels for our second day and informed us about things to do.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one around.
