Proximity to the river and location close to my event
No elevator! I had to lug all my stuff up 2 flights of stairs

Convenient. We had a room way in the back with balcony on the river. Very quiet. Probably one of the more expensive rooms but still not bad price and worth the price.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Decent breakfast selection. Cute little garden overlooking the Lewis river at the back of the property.
2nd floor queen room was a little tired and furnishings could use a refresh. No direct river access for guests.
