The place is a work in progress. The outside is ugly in a lot of areas but the room was first class. Major time & money being spent to upgrade the property. A pool is installed now, but was not opened. Plenty of parking
I wish I could see the finished property.

Convenient location. Triple bedded room was very spacious. Very clean and functional. Felt expensive for very basic accommodation but equally appreciate that Key West is very expensive!
Air con was very noisy.

Staff was very nice, room was clean.
The place was under construction. Several of the parking spaces were used by construction equipment making the "Free Parking" unavailable to.some. Noisy, construction started at 8 and ended at 530. No pool (under construction), no ice maker.
