I absolutely loved that I was mere steps away from the motel's private beach! My room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I expected. I especially liked that I could borrow a beach chair and return it (saved me from renting one!)! I would definitely recommend this property!
Only a couple of things - the breakfast was only ok (although it was free, and the coffee was very good!). And I know the motel is called "Shutters," but I found the shutters in the room didn't block enough light in the morning! I guess room darkening shades would ruin the aesthetic, though.

Location on the beach was great
Room was very small and dated. Powdered scrambled eggs at breakfast were terrible along with awful coffee
